Positive suggestions for better Health

The more things change the more they stay the same; there is no substitute for exercise in this world no matter how one tries to justify it through diets and other calorie count schemes.  If one wants better health, action is needed on a few fronts to get it, and it`s been this way for centuries!

Exercise alone does not build Rome in a day as it takes time and discipline on other fronts as well; however is it the crux of the action needed to get going in the right direction towards superior well-being.  Getting fit does not always entail sports and weight lifting either, but it can if this is the route one wishes to take. Athletics are the one big ticket item to help people get into the fitness frame of mind, and the reasons are simple; if you like the sport it can be fun while getting into shape.  For example tennis burns many calories, but of equal importance is the competitive and enjoyable nature of the game.  Aerobics is another good example of calorie burning capabilities and is used by many people; unfortunately this is done mostly at indoor clubs, which circumvents the benefits of outdoor exercise.

Many sports involve getting people out of their houses, and this is a bonus as fresh air and the sun will also assist in achieving better health.  The sun alone brings energy to the body along with vital Vitamin D; however, there isn`t much use in absorbing the sun and its benefits if folks splatter sun screen all over their body.  Sunscreen masks the sun and places all kinds of chemicals into the body that are harmful; if one must use sunscreen use extra virgin coconut oil, it`s natural and beneficial (Please see link: http://naturalsociety.com/ditch-toxic-sunscreen-use-coconut-oil-instead )  and has been used for centuries. However, the best approach is to always use common sense in the sun, when one feels them-self burning, simply get out of it and call it a day. 

In a world filled with the expectations of instant gratification, it`s amazing how people are still too lazy to research that there are natural solutions to every problem; in other words stop depending on the drug store for cures that ail you.  If there is no profit to be made, chances are natural solutions will not be found in the plethora of drug stores popping up seemingly at every corner like daisies.

Not everyone is into sports but that doesn`t mean one cannot get into shape other ways.  Simply working outside raises the tolerance level of the sun on a daily basis, for instance landscaping can be quite demanding work and will result in much better health overall over a period of time.  The sun exposure alone is beneficial, but depending on whether the work is heavy or light will also determine the state of health.

If that`s too physical, gardening will also improve the overall health.  Simply put, having one`s hand in the soil of mother earth is a grounding experience.  Working with the delightful plants and trees is also a benefit as this type of work is also very rewarding when final results are taken in. In addition, once a garden is completed, there is a sense of satisfaction with the final artful design.

If one works outside, or plays sports hard, chances are none of the above suggestions will work with the wrong diet; and the word `diet` doesn`t  necessarily mean following a strict menu suggested by a professional - it`s simply means eating the right foods on a daily basis.

Gardens require fresh air, a flair for creativity and hard work to come to fruition. It's very easy to forget about problems while working the day away in a garden; in addition it's therapeutic qualities bring a sense of calm and tranquility. A few days in a row in the garden will assist one in getting into better shape while using muscles dormant over the winter.

Sports bring fitness to the body, and assists in quieting the mind for some people. It can be played by people of all ages, and depending on the sport; can be done at multiple venues. Playing outdoors is more beneficial as the sun can add much needed energy for health.
Pursuing better health means no sugar or sodium shacks.  Fast food restaurants must be avoided as they offer low vibrational and poor quality food.  Most of their food is saturated in sodium and processed sugar.  There is no effort made at all by the majority of these establishments to use sugar cane or Himalayan salt as the main ingredient in their food; therefore the burgers, fries, sandwiches, ribs, eggs, sausages and so on are actually toxic to the body.  The body cannot process them properly - along with the plethora of other chemicals and preservatives in fast food – and thus should be avoided at all costs.

Animals raised as free range and treated with respect are of a higher vibrational and thus more nutritional quality.
The ticket to ride to better health includes organic, high vibrational food, clean water, plenty of exercise, the right amount of sleep and a positive attitude.  The more vegetables and fruit one has in their daily arrangements the better, but be cognizant that genetically modified foods are not tested properly for human consumption; thus steer more towards non GMO food, farmer markets, free range meat and fish sources that are wild in nature.

Clean water is incredibly important towards good health.  Do not drink tap water, as it is filled with chlorine, chloramine, fluoride and so on.  You can however filter tap water into a filtration system which removes the toxic substances from the water.  Water is the essence of life and responds to emotions from words and talk as Dr. Masura Emoto (http://www.masaru-emoto.net/english/emoto.html) has proven; therefore clean and crisp water is essential for good health as chemicals would cause issues with the etheric and physical body, not to mention the mental state of each person.
Discipline is the key during this process, thus one other major item to ignore is the television.  Being a couch potato will yield little or no benefits, even after exercise and a better diet, because it`s too easy to fall into bad habits if one starts to get the urge for munchies, thus eventually cancelling out the health gains.

Be aware the advertising on the TV is all about impulse purchasing - as they bombard the consumer with marketing campaigns designed to sell specific corporate products - the best advice here, turn the TV off and only use it occasionally. This will not enable the subliminal messaging companies use, to affect the mindset of the individual; thus getting them off track from their health trek.
The mental approach towards all of the above is also of paramount importance.  Doing some of the suggestions, will result in few gains, but doing all of them will result not only in better health, but a healthier lifestyle as well.  Remember to use the common sense approach in life; it just may lead to a major improvement of not only health but in the every day mental approach as well.
